Statics man, very nice design and original design. I have been watching this with great intent. I would love if you could post your schematic for the transformers and crossover. I also am having trouble figuring out you transformer layout. How did you span the 4 x 99 windings across the 3 x 1650: or does each 3 x 1650 have a 4 x 99 under it?

here is my very first esl i built 7 years agothat I just got running today. i'm in the process of rebuilding my bigger panels now that i can properly drive them. jer

The transformer is made of two identical coils. I'll talk about one of the coil.
This winding procedure.
Input coil placed on the 33 - turn in each section. In the four layers.
Output falls by over 1650 - turn in each section.
 
Very handsome speaker.

If you were seeking to play with or tweak the industrial design a little, I'd look at the support bracket. Not saying you have to copy a 1990's M/L (like the Aerius).

The transition from one angled plane to the curve has at least a dozen different possibilities.

Nice work, very nice.
