Hi Upupa Epops,
I’m not an expert but a mosfet amplifier with one pair of output devices in which you connect one of the output binding posts to ground is a SE design. Anyway I’ll ask the designer about the subject to be sure.
If you look more deeply in the White Noise web you will see they offer a lot of options. I purchased one pair of power amplifier kits that included all the components to build the power amplifier, not the PSU, housing, connectors, etc that I sourced from several suppliers.
Regarding class A (I repeat that I haven’t said that), the kit comes with a variable resistor to fix the quiescent current. In my case, with the housing that you can see, that I build myself for this amp, and with a 70V PSU I set the QC at 500mA. I’ve measure about 51ºC in the hottest point of the heatsink after 8-9 hours of normal working of the amp.
Best regards,
Paco
I think that my head is OK but It's difficult for me to be objective...Paco, do you have some mishmash in your head ?
In the first page I say that this is a SE amp but don’t say that it’s class A anywhere. Please, re-read the previous page at it looks like there’s a mishmash somewhere...At first page you are writting, that this amp is SE class A, but at at pages of this kit I don't see any about it...

I'm sorry Paco, probably mishmash is in MY head 😀 , but SE connection is normal used for class A...Probably it is not SE connection, 'cos for declared output power ( 125 W ) it will be QC somewhere around 3 A... Can you send me a schematic ?
Hi Upupa Epops,
Maybe mishmash is my head at the end 😀
I asked David White about the MOS250 and you are right, it's push-pull desing. Sorry, no schematic.
Regards,
Paco
