The e.q. section is a real plus... appreciate you posting the schematic. I think (today) that every speaker system needs a bit of adjustment/tweeking to get sound right.... and that system is one of the best ... (I work with what I have) It's subtle.

That equalizer will definitely spoil the sound..the controls are very overlapping and depended on each other.

Well, at least for my ears, the LM3886 alone has a flatly and lifeless sound. The EQ gave a more smooth and organic sound, that does not fatigue the ears. Anyway, thanks for your comments.
