Sure, i would like to take a read on these compliances to understand if I have did any mistake on the winding or not.
I have handmade few hundreds to thousands switching transformer, so far they "work fine" on the circuits. But I would like to take a look if I had comply to the design rules or not.

Some transformer-construction-tips in the attached AN18 ( I hope its ok to share a doc like this).
Basically: unless you use triple-isolated wire, you do not trust the isolation for safety. Because of that you need to separate primary and secondary with 6mm distance. To do that you use distancing-tape, yellow high-temp-tape and tubes around exposed wires going from winding to terminal.
I'm pretty sure that as a general rule all your safety-measure-materials must be a material that can withstand high heat AND do not turn to carbon when its overheated ( because carbon is conductive).
