All you are doing with that box is changing the size and tuning...I would rather build it correctly once rather than constantly changing.
I understand what you have with this "design". It is still a bass reflex but of unknown size and tuning. I'd rather know everything about the enclosure first rather than try out 30 different sizes and tunings by ear.
