Musiland Monitor-02 US USB DAC

Hi

Has somebody already experience with the Musiland Monitor 02 US? People at Head-Fi are quite enthusiastic: Musiland Monitor 02 US - Head-Fi

My question is: Do I gain much over the Musiland Monitor 01 US? (NOT USD, the 01 US has a dac build in, the 01 USD has only S/PDIF out)

The 02 comes with a small build in SMPS and does not rely on USB power.
