Multisim users: anyone got lateral mosfet models working?

I can't seem to get imported lateral mosfet (or anything imported for that matter!) to work in Multisim.... Help files and on line guides have been no help.
I can get new models to appear to be ok in as much as the symbol appears on the schematic, the pins are apparently connected correctly and the SPICE model looks ok and is where it should be.. BUT the component(s) don't function 😡
They just sit there and draw no current no matter how they are biased!
Has anyone here managed to successfully import these models ????
If so could you explain it to me!!?? 😕

You dont say what laterals.
There are models for Exicon Laterals in a ZIP-file:

I have working models spice for 2SK1058 and 2SJ162.
Do you use the Component Wizard?
There we can paste a model and save the component in User database.

HOW? that's the bit I can't get to work! I have all the models I need. That is not the problem.

Remember to change drain, source and gate in Component Wizard.

The bit I don't get is how to get the model into Multisim.... I've tried a variety of ideas but nothing has worked so far 😕

Aha! Success 🙂
The problem was a mixture of slight syntax error in model plus I needed to rename pins as Lineup suggested.... only when both were done did success prevail.
