Simple question, but the behringer manual is in every language but english... I'd like to used the Behringer as a 3-way active crossover. If I don't want to use the behringer's internal dac (the behringer's input is digital) is my only choice to get one dac for each output? Is there some work around to use a single external dac instead? Thanks.
Yes but don't expect great sound. It's a lot of work and you'll be lucky to get mediocre sound. Worth it if you are building a copy bay distributing audio to multiple machines but not for a three way crossover setup.
If you mean the Behringer isn't much to write home about then I can't comment given my limited exposure to it but I doubt you will improve on it by attempting to use a single dac.
my question is more, given I need the behringer for this system, is there a way to feed it with an external dac and have it bandpass the analogue signal. Or does it require a digital signal input, which means (if I can bypass it's internal DAC) I'd need a bunch of external DACs.
