Looks like thats going to fix it! I temporarily put in series a 12v and 5v Zener (17v total) in place of the bad 18v Zener on D91 and the amp's crossovers now work just fine.

Time to order parts!

This amp is fixed! The above parts list which cost ~$22 got this amp up and running perfectly. In all, this amp needed 4 output transistors, 2 diodes, 1 resistor, and a little TLC at the RCA inputs.
