im having trouble with the power supply of this amp, i've replaced the j127 transistors and irfp064's
the j127 transistors overheat for some reason, they seem to be driven directly off of the tl494 and they drive the pulse transformers for the irfp064

Are the driver transistors for both power supplies heating the same?

yes both sides overheating they get so hot they melt the solder underneath them
thats with and without irfp064 in place

What is the operating frequency of the driver IC (pin 9 or 10)?
