Amp powers up but no output..
Amp produces + and -32 volts of rail and + - 15 volts of regulated voltage
Any ideas on where to start?

Confirm that you have both positive and negative supply voltage on all of the op-amps. There are resistors in the supply lines that sometimes open.
Does operating all switches and pots through their entire range make a difference (absolutely no sound, not even static/noise being produced by the amp)?
Drive a strong signal into the amp and see which op-amps have audio on their output pins and which don't.
All of the NE5532 op-amps have signal on the output pins..
Both TL074's have signal on PINS 1,8,14 but the signal looks distorted..
there is no audio on pin 7

With the black probe on the emitter and the red probe on the base, what is the DC voltage on Q303?
Yes i see audio on both Q301 and Q201..
Amp is producing audio on the output terminals but is very low and distorted

Do the bias pots work like they should?
When properly biased, does the amp produce normal audio?
Is the audio on Q201/301 clean?

The base of Q303 goes to the bias pot. From the bias pot, there is a resistor that goes to the negative rail. Find that resistor.
R349 and 249 are both defective..
They are 47.5 ohm resistors..
Should i check anything else before i put new ones in and power the amp up?

I don't know how they're being used. I think that they are part of the bias circuit but I'm not sure.
If the 0.22 ohm resistors are bad would that cause the amp not to Bias and burn up other resistors in the channels ??
Because i was checking them off the board and all 16 of them read 5.75 mega ohms
