have a very strange fault with this amp, amp powers on and plays but the fans dont come on and the signal clips early, xmas lights also stopped working
replaced them still no xmas lights and signal still clipping early, funny thing is im getting 32v on all opamp negative pins
Sounds like the regulator has failed ..
Take the preamp board out of the top cover and inspect all the 10 ohm resistors near the op-amps..
If you have any questions post a high res pic of the preamp board

I don't know what you did when you posted the photo but the way it's posted it takes you to a different page and causes any text that was to be a reply to be lost.
regulators are both ok, have +15 -15 but as soon as i plug in the preamp board i get +15 and +32 on the opamps
yes it has the 32v on the negative regulator but if i unplug the preamp board both regulators supply correct + - 15v its only when i plug the preamp board in that this happens
The negative regulator should hold the -15v below ground just like the positive regulator should hold the +15v above ground.
Post a photo of the regulator if you need more help troubleshooting.

quick update, manage to find the fault, burnt ground trace under the ribbon connector socket on the preamp board
