Hey the numbers are all in the same location the ic is the same number but the yellow blocks and Fa323 are different mine is fa203 but all the smd resistors are all numbered the same on your picture compared to my amp where would a good place to be to order these also with these all burned up I see the board copper leads run in to the 22 25v silver capacitors near by could those have caused the problem? are you familiar with this low input side of the amp having components fail it seems like the resistors wouldn't have just burned up but im sure when the one went they all toppled over

Digi-key or Mouser for the resistors.

They are probably 0805 size but you need to measure them.

If/when the amp loses the main ground, it tries to ground through this diode and through the head unit's RCAs which can damage the head unit. On larger amps, it can cause a fire as the RCAs burn from the amp to the head unit.

are you saying disconnect it and leave it disconnected even after replacing the resistors?
do you think by replacing all resistors ill have sound again?

What do you mean by measure them the number wont match up to a new one reason im asking if the burned resistors are bad how will I beable to get the correct value

If you look around the board, you can see that the various resistors are different sizes (a 1206 won't fit the pads of a 0805 and a 0805 is likely to fail (under normal operation) if you use it in place of a 1206). You have to get both the correct physical size and the correct value. The numbers on the face of the resistor determine the value.
