It's a jfet so it's going to appear to be shorted or leaky. It's marked C1 in the photos I have. That's an SST111, equal to an MMBFJ111.

You have to measure directly across pins 5 and 8 of the opto-couplers. Is that how you measured?

I was replaced the A3120 ic igbt-driver, now de voltage is 17v stable.
And has one volume potentiometer 50k, replaced for one of 5k, now the audio is more powerful.
But rca disconnect. It sounds like you need ground on rca conectors, without audio signal.

Some amplifiers will not function correctly if you don't have a signal source that's connected to the same ground as the amp.

U141 may be defective. Remove it and jump from pin 1 to pin 8 with a 1k resistor. Does that stop the pulsing when you adjust the gain pot.
As a side note, the gain pots in most of this series amps are not typical pots. They are made like a balance pot.
