I was searching the mouser catalog and came across these: http://www.mouser.com/catalog/631/1201.pdf
can someone tell if these can be used in circuits that uses http://www.mouser.com/catalog/631/1249.pdf (Molex KK series headers/connectors)?
Thank you

If pin spacing is the same, the can be used however note that the Tyco connectors are with a locking tab, intended to be held into place to the opposite part. The Molex headers doesn't have this so you risk that the connection is sensitive to small chock and vibration.
I know this because I'm sometimes using Tyco headers and Molex connectors (opposite yours), when I want to test something before foldering the wires to the headers.

I apologize cause I wasn't clear.
I am thinking of using MTA headers/connectors or molex headers/connectors. I have used similar headers/connectors to Molex (used extensively in computer motherboard).
But I am not use how the MTA looks/works. I looked at the datasheet and it seems wires are not crimped on the connectors?
any suggestion which the best one to use?
thank you for the help :

This might be slightly off-topic: Even though I am a big fan of mouser.com, I have found that, when buying Molex connectors, very often, http://www.alliedelec.com has a significantly-lower price, for them.

that is probably true but if you're buying overseas, postage costs is not as cheap
