MSB Link III DAC - Frequency Lights fail to Illuminate! Anyone have the same issue?

I am looking for some technical support to determine why my LINK III will not illuminate the frequency lights (44.1K, 88.2 etc.) when there is a digital signal from Transport.\

I have the optional upsampling board (96K/132K with 192K Network input) to let you know.

Anyone experience this issue?

Anyone a service manual for this unit?

Any help would be appreciated.

So far I changed the LED board with another unit to no effect
Changed this cable that links main board with the LED board
Soldered all the connectors on the main board and LED board.
