Did anyone else stupidly not properly save their months and months worth of adding items to their basket, only to lose it all when the Mouser site had some issues last week.!

How frustrating! Your post made me check and mine was OK. Have saved it now though!
On the positive side, I'm doing up an old turntable and ordered some parts from Mouser. A couple were backordered and weren't due in until November so I asked Mouser to remove them. This caused me to fall under the free shipping threshold - my fault but I sent them an e-mail to let them know it was irritating that I was not informed. They then refunded the shipping! Great customer service.
