Hello, I want to know what these transistors are. I managed to measure them and determine their polarity, but that's it, I don't have Hfe measurement capability. Does anyone have data on the following TO-3 transistors:
DEC3000
DEC3055
DEC900.

They came from old Motorola Syntor radios. Thank you.
