I have 300 pieces from each, they are original Motorola MPSW42 and MPSW92. I've had these for over 20 years in my stock, and no longer need them. Offers are welcome. These transistors in such a large quantity are hard to find. Prices does not include PayPal and shipping costs. Minimum order is 100pieces from each.
