Motor/PS problems (PL-41)?

Allright, I'm pretty sure the bearing on my old Pioneer PL-41 (thread below) is fine. However, I have tons of wow, flutter and stupid questions. I started a new thread, as the bearing doesn't seem to be this issue.

I tried to get the motor checked out, but nobody will look at it. I did find that the bearings were dry and I solved that problem. Beyond that, the bearings seem fine, the motor is clean as a whistle and spins smooth and quiet.

In the process, I checked the supply voltage with my MM. The power tranny has taps for 115V and 230V. The output is marked 100V, and I can't read what it says on the fourth tap, but it looks like a ground to me. When I test the voltage between the the terminals where the 100V is connected and GND, I get 126V. Is that a problem? Has that killed my motor? I've got the correct 60hz capstan on, yet it's still got tons of wow and flutter and it's running fast (referenced 440hz tone versus what my tuner (musical, not radio) thinks is correct).

Is there any hope for this old boy?
