There's a MOSFET I am looking a replacement for: 2VN4206A. It can be the same of course, but I don't know who stocks it.
It doesn't seem to be an easy one, as I also need a complementary type.
The parts have to withstand at least 15 volts on Vgs, Vgd and Vds, as they are used as a protection against inverted batteries.
