i'm trying to find(at least one) gate driver IC for simulation with orcad but i can't. i've searched everywhere but i didn't find anything, even a low current driver. i tried IR2011 but a message came out, something like "empty column 1", i put initial values to the bootstrap capacitor but the message didn't changed. there are some libraries for other drivers but some of them are empty files and some other cause this problem INTERNAL ERROR -- Overflow, Convert. i would be grateful if someone could show me an example that works for sure in orcad. Sorry for my english, not a native..
