I miss the paper versions, too. 😢 I still have all my good ones (LT, National, Burr-Brown, PMI, etc.) I was one of those folks who made all kinds of good notes in the margins and and borrowing one without letting me know first would earn the death stare and a smack-down!😉

Luckily I've never run into that by surprise. I know several technicians who did.

It's interesting that the source is bonded to the heat spreader. Also interesting the lack of gate protection with the 2SJ118/119 types.

Same here, except I never wrote in the book. I'd copy the page, write on that and stick it in.

It was drilled into us to never write in a book, same for service manuals.
