很好的设计。现在很少有人会花时间制作这么麻烦的机器 。另外其实我个人建议。三极管BJT 性能其实比MOSFET 要好。
因为 BJT 没有 RDS。MOSFET 有 RDS。虽然在负反馈的作用下 RDS 会比较小。但是仍然比 BJT 要大几倍。
另外加上 VGS 电压远远大于 VBE 电压。所以场管如果偏置电流比较小的时候失真会大于三极管。
而且场管 N P 与三极管对管相比更麻烦购买。

The blue LED will light up

If only one LED in the circle lights up, it means that there is a DC output.
If two are lit, it indicates self-excited oscillation.

The green LED is CHIP, it is normal to light up, and it will go out when connected to the back current stage.
