I wouldn't just pop the FE166En into the same box Morgan used, but one should be able to follow the same algorithm and end up with something quite similar.

Morgan Jones has written an exellent article. By using his 'design recipe' you can use the same box volume for the 166En driver, but reduce the amplifier output impedance to 5.2 ohms instead of 6.5 ohms.

I check the measurement and the actual volume of the box seems more close to 16 litre instead of 18 litre it suppose to be.

My idea was to use 3/4 inch baltic plywood with a different method of assembly that's why i measure the volume.

I am wrong or not?😕
