According to my handy dandy kitchen scale this will weigh approx 1.25 lbs, and I think will fit in a priority mail envelope, making the shipping $5.15,

giving us a grand total of: $65.15

genuine?

or fake?

Same thought crossed my mind. I measured the capacitances intrinsic to the device, and based on the measurements I took, comparing to the results other people had reported, these are real. I bought them a long time ago, about 96 IIRC, so there is a much better chance they are the real article.

I have attached a picture, can't put a real high quality shot here, but I can email them to anyone interested...

Please put it on an absolutely flat surface and take a side-shot photo and post it here.

How many of these do you have and what's the shipping cost for 4 transistors down to New Zealand via airmail...?

Hi,

Here is a macro shot of the transistor on the edge of my glass table, I have no flatter surface.

I have 7 each that are new and a one of each I soldered and unsoldered.

The US post office wants approx $1 per oz to deliver an airmail letter, so depending on how many you want it could be $7 US...

Okay, I want to tell everyone who buys the remaining pieces that these are genuine in every way 😉 Label size, centered l on O in tOshiba, being absolutely flat....

I'm sorry if I offended you by doubting about the authenticity 🙂

...I understand how many fakes there are out there, I was not certain until I'd done the tests.

I want to make sure I understand what you need, 4 pairs or 2 pairs?

I'll give you a 25c each off the soldered pair, the price is already pretty darn good.

Sorry but under what name did you send the transistors to...?
People in this house tend to trash out any letter under a wrong name 🙄
I have to let them know not to throw any letter away in case they are sent under different name...
