At least the spelling is "correct" and curves are about right. However Rds @ 0V Vgs could be as low as 2 Ohms and as high as 20 Ohms. The one shown for 802 looks like 16 Ohms (0.6A @ 10VDC) which seems to be too high. It's a common problem with SIT's. Having in mind that quite a few are marked as engineering samples "ОП" it should be expected.
On the other hand 801, designated as audio type were screened: ON resistance within a batch was about the same.
