I've got a concept for a monolithic chipamp enclosure.
Please use this thread if you just want to discuss the idea.
If you are interested in buying, use this groupbuy thread. http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/group-buys/158435-group-buy-monolithic-chipamp-enclosure.html
The concept is a 4" cube of polished copper, milled out, 1 channel chipamp inside, sockets on underside, sitting on a black plinth.
Alternatively anodised aluminum in your choice of colors.

So it seems no one was very interested in my design 🙁
A bit more thought today, and I realised that CNC is not required, only a lathe.
Therefore it won't take a group buy to make it affordable.
Here is my latest scheme if anyone fancies giving it a go.

I like your round design on the left in post #3. You could make them the same diameter as a wine bottle and use a wine bottle rack to hold it... Or make a nice wooden holder for it so it doesn't roll away.
