I have the circuit below but would like to just use single gang pot and split the mono after it. Any help is appreciated.

What is that supposed to do? If the pot is as drawn, you will get virtually no output regardless of setting, since the signal gets grounded before it goes to the output.
I am wondering what possible use this could be.

A very small hand warmer?
A single pot with the wiper feeding 2 10K Rs each feeding the amp inputs is what you are after. Where did you get that circuit?
Actually, all you have to do is parallel the inputs.

My mistake in drawing. The wipers are not the grounded pins.
Here's the corrected one. Thanks.

Would this do the job? The output is going directly into a NJM2073 amp. The input is coming from some kind of preamp. I cut down the r9 resistor to 470 because of the paralleled r9/r10. I don't know if I would have to do anything to the caps and res after the pot. Again, any and all help is appreciated.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Ok, here is my full schematic along with the proposed changes that were suggested. Thank you all.
