i have come across these beast's .
they both fully work , they have a form of a soft start on the back in a form of two power switches and a push button .
can anybody shed anymore light on the specs of these monsters they weight about 28 kg each
as. you can see one amp got damage but i managed to bend it all back

Yes DIY going by the 500VA mains transformer and the mosfets I would guess 100Watts/channel but that's a rough estimate without knowing the design.
Not bad components I recognize the polypropylene FILM capacitor across the large electrolytic.
Metal film resistors and small value polypropylene capacitors.

The output MOSFETs and diode + resistor on the driver transistor makes me expect that this is some sort of version of the old Hitachi schematic: A Paul Kemble web page - Hitachi Fet designs.
Try to trace the PCB and see how close to this schematic it might be.
Pretty good parts and should not sound bad.

each panel inside is insulated with cardboard , does anybody know the reason why someone would that into a build
Looks as if its being used as an electrical insulator which would be very old school or its being used to dampen resonances
Electrician Paperboard | Electrical Insulating Material
On the other hand its used as a good heat insulator not something you would want in a 100 watt power amplifier.
Dont sell those T03 mosfets I have used them in the past good sound reproduction and originals are scarce now.
