If you have a measuring setup you could hook up REW or similar and do distortion measurements with the different crossover points, then you'd know for sure if there are any issues =)

I still need to sort out some sort of measuring set up but when I do I will measure these tweeters at lower crossover points.

Thanks, it does look like the waveguide works down to around 2Khz which is why I want to keep the crossover point close to 2Khz if I can.

See the spl in the graphics 4 order shout be easier for the driver.

2 order -12dB 1kHz -18dB 800hz

4 order -13dB 1khz -22dB 800hz

Can I ask what software you used to make these plots? Looks like it would be handy.
