Good luck with that. From experience with work colleagues in china, even the Chinese don't trust the Chinese manufacturers so QA before acceptance is major industry. Shipping costs for returns are also likely to be exorbitant vs the original state subsidised shipping.
Communication is also a key issue that people overlook when doing custom designs. Last time I did business in that part of the world I had two interpreters/cultural advisors.
