modifing a CDP-X3000 SPDIF to AES/EBU

I'm wondering if it is easy to implement an AES/EBU digital out from the RCA SPDIF output.
I'm also thinking about changing the clock to an LCaudio clock, but what frequency do i need?
Do you have tips on improvement that I could do. I'm just going to use it as a drive.

Clock is 45.1584 MHz. Besides the clock there is not much to improve as space is very tight in the CDP-X3000ES. Caps are OK and do not need to be replaced ( Silmic ).
