Is there any software out there that will take a CAD file, and run audio through a cabinet design and record theoretical frequency changes?

Indeed CAD files can be imported into ODEON in .dxf or .3ds format. For more information on importing please read chapter 2 in the ODEON manual http://www.odeon.dk/download/Version13/ODEONManual.pdf . However, please share more about the type of cabinet you are mentioning, as there are a few limitations on the size of rooms that can be modelled by ODEON. On page 65 you can read about which spaces are more suitable to simulate in ODEON. If you are talking about a car cabinet for example, then predicting of modes wouldn’t be possible…
