The opamps are all surface mounted so it's a bit difficult.

Genuines are too expensive for me. It's $8 a piece.

Less expensive (about 1/2) but almost the same performance are the OPA1652s--just half as fast (10 vs 20 V/uSec Slew Rate).

Standard as far as I know. The other way to go is DigiKey---they will ship for free if payment is included with a mail order.

There seem to be quite a disagreement on how to do it.
I have settled on a blob of solder along each rail and tweezers.
