DC voltage on pins 3, 6, 7 and 15 of the 4080?

Do you have a triangle waveform on pin 6?

Pin3 2.48v
Pin6 12.9v
Pin7 0v
Pin15 5.62v
No triangle wave.
All voltages with outputs out of the board and no input signal is given.

Either you have the pin configuration wrong or the IC is installed backwards.

Sorry the ic was wrongly inserted.
Pin3 0.128v
Pin6 6v
Pin7 5.75v
Pin15 13.02v
Pin6 has triangular wave and also outputs have waveform.

Did the IC survive, entirely?

Yes I am getting audio at output terminals. Amp running at 0.7amps at idle.
