I've never owned one but they were common in small PA systems in the mid seventies, and the MM tag earned them the 'Mickey Mouse' nickname. Theres some more information about them here:

built like tanks and that one has seen a lot of battle damage.

Yes, that one has seen action. We liked them in old PAs for flexibility - one amp blows, you can mono the two sides with different inputs. Thanks for all the replies.

So i can figure out what kind of thisg this is ? Maybe a resistor ? (it goes to GND i think)
