can i change the 2sc5200/A1943 Transistors to MJ11015/6

No, you can't.
MJ11015/6 are Darlingtons, 2SC5200/A1943 are normal transistors.
Try 2SC4029/A1553.

Dj BASS AMP said:what is Darlingtons ??????!!!!

Try this:
http://ostec.earthlight.co.nz/users/technology/ect/electrodraft.pdf
Perform a search in the PDF on "Darlington".
There's a very nice and clear explanation.

2SC5200/A1943 : NF-HiFi-E, 230/230V, 15A, 150W, 30MHz
MJE15030/31: NF-L, 150/150V, 8A, 50W, >30MHz
MJ15003: NF/S-L, 140/140V, 20A, 250W, >2MHz
Not really the same, but maybe ok if you keep an eye on the rail voltage and peak current.
