Oops. Mine doesn't use irf740's it uses mdf13n50's which at a glance are 13A at 25c while the irf740 is 10A
Anyone want some 740's ? lol
The tabs are insulated on these, but not the 740. Yet they use a ceramic feeling insulating plate/spacer. I will order a bit more mounting hardware, and put another month on the job lol

Did I mention I decided to fix it?
It works. I'm really quite chuffed. I thought for the pittance a couple of fets would cost me, I would stick some in and see. One had read closed circuit in most directions, which was all the convincing I needed really. Having been taken straight there by this thread. Nice one.
I'm just picturing the board. Are they on top of a horizontal heatsink(plate), sat up upon the thickest insulators I have ever seen? With another horizontal board mounted parallel not half inch away. Not full sized, but positioned perfectly to keep the heat in and pliers out. That's how I remember it.
I think I was impressed. It certainly made an impression.

Does anyone know where to pick up the DSP-104 component for power supply board of the subwoofer? Mine has blown (at least i think that is all that blew) and would love to fix it.

HELP
Hi RS
I have a Mission M-Cube. It seems not wiork.
Could you please send me the schematics for the power supply and amp?
Thanks!
IT WORKSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!
I protected the damaged film on the transformer (picture on post 4) with a clear sealant used in aerospace.
I damaged a track but that was ease to fix.
If you are fixing one of these BASH power supplies please be carefull the heatsint on the primary side with the MosFets is live and there is no indication/warning of that in the board.
If someone needs the schematic for this amp (Mission M-Cube) the Klipsh RW10 is exactly the same and can be found on the net or send me a message.
Time to fix my XR-225 hibrid amp...

PSU link on the last page still works.
Sorry rob.. it's been years hasn't it. I have had another of these since and chucked the board away as the damage was more substantial than just fets. There is an entire unit in proper beat condition on eBay for £20 near me. Should you need it, I could get you the board.
I'm here again, as I'm wondering if this sub uses equalisation to work. I have the idea of using the 8s in another build, as they extend to 500Hz. However, I would like them in that crazy small volume, running on a normal amp. I no longer have the boards. Just a hole in the box that stops me listening easily.
