Minimum modules to get the Buffalo iii se dac going....

Well the buffalo dac iii se board with all that comes with it $379
The hd placid power supply for the dac
The hd bp power supply for the IVI output board
The IVI output board
One 9v transformer for the hd placid power supply
One 30v transformer for the hdbp placid power supply
For the usb to ispdf or i2s board i am planning on the i2soverusb board which i can also use the 5v placid hd
Miscellaneous connectors and cabling that's it?
It comes to a little above $800
