I have a very naive question (and I am desperate as miniDSP doesn't answer e-mails and nobody on their forum seems to care to answer).
I want to order the miniDSP/MiniDigi combo. The product picture shows only miniDigi board if I understand correctly. My question is the following:
1. I understand that the combo is just 2 separate boards (miniDigi and miniDSP) Is the miniDSP actually the miniDSP 2x4?
2. Is the cable to connect the DSP and DIGI boards included in the package or do I need to order it (I do not see any flat cable in the description of the kit). If I need a separate cable how do I order it?
3. How do you short different pins as shown in different tutorials? Are there any jumpers included?
The bottom line is I want to feed digital signal from a CD player and run a 2 way stereo crossover using the combo. I hope to have all the pieces in one kit. (I have my own amps).

If you click details on the minidsp/digi combo you get the info
miniDSP/DIGI Combo | MiniDSP
Picture is wrong, since it only display MiniDSP. And yes, everything is included. You might need an external power supply if you don't want to power it by USB

The only thing is that miniDiGI is still unavailable - i just got an answer from miniDSP - they hope they will have them in 2 weeks.

You can also use nanodigi and DA converters of your own choise or pure digital class D amplifiers.
just two Panasonic SA-XR55 other models with TI equibit digital amplifiers, and then you are pure digital.
