The design will not change, multiple Bypass capacitor are there in the PCB, just a matter of changing the values, depending on the actual sample testing and performance. Will it be successful without a major change in your design?
LM8686 Spike protection and Current draw @ 4 Ohms at higher frequencies , parasitic impedance of PCB design accounted more in the oscillation issue.
The decoupling capacitor is also important, but the values should be tuned to the actual PCB design,

I think you got me wrong too, I didn't say that decoupling capacitors are not needed in fact my design have multiple decoupling capacitors in different locations to balance the pcb parasitic impedance, just a matter of modifying the component values to match my PCB design performance.I think you got it wrong
Based on my research, LM8686 Spike protection and Current draw @ 4 Ohms at higher frequencies , parasitic impedance of PCB design accounts more in the oscillation issue.
30-50W power range for 8-4 Ohms load. But need to verify the best power rating vs audio performance. How much output power will you expect from the amp? 10-20W on 8-4ohm load?
