Um depends, you would have to take it apart to see how easily the lcd is to remove from all the clectronics( backlight) and I hope your not looking to project it verry big at all, at that low of a resolution the pic would looke really grainy and not good at all.
As a general rule you want a minimum of 640x480 resolution for movie/computer watching...
That means 640 times 480 = 307,200 pixels.
Now some of these small tv manufacturers will make a 320x240 screen but list it as 960x240 because they multiply the 320 by the 3 subpixels (red, green, and blue) but really all they have is a 320x240 display.
