there is a description for mini dsp and digi fp connectivity at the manual about ver 1.0 and about ver 1.1,1.2 but nothing about ver 1.3.
is it the same as 1.1,1.2? because i don,t want to cause a damage.

I don't believe there is any change. You connect the ribbon cable and the USB cable and you should be good to go.
