Euvl are you willing to share the details of the venturi used for the mid-range enclosure. Curious if the inside is stepped or sanded to a taper, what length and configuration (size of rings). I plan on building a pair of speakers using cell drivers with a layered construction cabinet that this venturi concept would incorporate well.
The Venturi design is the intellectual property of Joachim Gerhard.
So you should really ask him.
In our implementation, the inside contour is CNC machined, so not stepped.
The length equals the depth of the enclosure. The major dimensions of the enclosure is the same as in Marc's build.
The major diameter matches that of the CELL mid-range.
And the total volume is 2 litres.
From that you can pretty much work out every detail you need, even without asking Joachim.
🙂

Opamps (OPA2604) are used as followers for now, but we have an adapter board (DIP8) for 2x 2SK2145 wired as JFET followers.

Hi Patrick,
Do the SK2145 JFET followers sound more natural than the OPA2604?
Do you wean the 2SK2145 are wired as the Nelson Pass B1 Buffer?
