As the title says my MM Stage 3 now has no audio output which has been caused by user error !
After an amp swap I`ve accidentally connected the output from the cd player to output (rec out) on the amp, so I guess it`s 2 volts across the MM`s output. Can someone advise what I`ve likely blown ?

If you don't have a schematic, you may have to try to sketch one out from examining the board. Without having that, hard to say what might be wrong unless maybe you see something that looks damaged, or smell something burned. Otherwise, in some cases checking transistor junctions using a DVM's "diode" mode can be helpful.
Does digital out still work? Stage 3 is dc coupled output - I’d trace back from output to first Opamp - best to use a scope, but you could also start measuring voltages around the opamps or try replacing them. Note there’s also an output relay, make sure that’s switching OK (if you‘ve killed something the relay may detect DC and not operate - never had to diagnose an op stage issue on one before).

Didn`t check if digital out still worked as I don`t have a cable or suitable DAC.

Thanks - interested to hear what the issue was, I’d assume last opamps but have never had an issue like this before.
