About MOSFET selection: i'm probably going to use mtp12p10 for high side p type fet. It has 33 nC Qg.
I'm i right that total gate charge is the most important factor affecting switching losses? Turn on times etc. are confusing, because they are reported for different values of gate resistor for different fets.
Also i'd like to know if reverse recovery time has any importance for my amp with two inductors between the high and low side fets? From simulations it seems that there is no reverse current, so i can forget reverse recovery?

Found some nice 100V p channel fets from Fairchild. They list a lot of fets with different gate charges. Seems that decreasing gate charge equals increasing on resistance. For example FQP13N10 and FQP8P10 have 12 nC gate charge, and .18/.53 on resistance.
