I am strugling finding the propper mica insulators for these output devices.

You may have to use a solid rectangle of Keratherm, and a spring mounting clip,

KA-701? I just serviced one a few weeks ago, I'm pretty sure they're actually an MT-200 case.
I've had success using .001" Kapton film. It's critical that both surfaces be absolutely clean and smooth, otherwise you risk puncturing the film.
