The motor run caps that I use are cheap Chinese tat, as far as I know, Vishay are MUCH better than that; they are used by manufacturers that need to be able to guarantee reliability and lifespan of their products.
Yep, a good all-around brand. And plenty of NOS Vishay film caps can be found on ebay for a good price.
