Mercury Analog Board with Buffalo III SE?

Yes, Mercury will work great with the BIIIse and will be a drop in replacement (same footprint, etc).

The ES9018 on the BIIIse has the same output levels as the ES9028Pro, so you the included resistors for the 9028.
